• Diverse background in athletics,  having started in coaching before serving as Assistant and Associate Athletics Director. 

• Compliance Coordinator and Director of Championships for the Sun Belt Conference.

• Served in the Membership Services Department at the NCAA, working directly with the Division I Athletics Certification Program and the Title IX Workshops Planning Committee.

• Member of the NCAA Division I Management Council, Membership Subcommittee, Legislative Review Subcommittee, and Administrative Review Subcommittee.

• Lettered in four sports at University of Southern Mississippi.  Member of the Southern Miss Hall of Fame..

• 16+ years  of Title IX comprehensive program reviews and consulting for four-year colleges and universities, junior colleges, and interscholastic athletic programs.
