Comprehensive Review
A comprehensive review includes interviews with student-athletes and head coaches and review of Athletics data to assist in the assessment of compliance with the Accommodation of Student Interest and Abilities (3 prongs), Athletics Financial Aid (Scholarships), and the Equivalency Standards (The Laundry List") including Facilities.

The FINAL REPORT, summarizing findings and strategies will be based upon the impact of changes to NIL and the House Settlement (roster caps, unlimited scholarships, revenue sharing). Report will be provided within 30 days after the conclusion of the review.
Mid-point Review
It is recommended that full, comprehensive reviews occur every 4 years. However, HCG offers a mid-point review at 2 year intervals to ensure any important changes are incorporated into an institutions planning and analysis.
Strategic Analysis
Competitive, financial, and comparative analysis services to assist programs with membership decisions, conference realignments, coaching searches, organizational structure, and strategic planning.
Participation & Financial Aid Snapshot
A snapshot assessment and status summary will be provided as it relates to proportionality and athletics financial aid.
This snapshot is the perfect analysis to provide programs with key data important to evaluating current and future sports sponsorship.

DEI assessment
A complete equity, diversity and inclusion review of internal policies, procedures and programming. NCAA guidelines require written attestation of this review once every five years for all members.
