STRATEGY
Proven approach to gathering information to analyze data for a full assessment of Title IX Compliance for Athletics.
HOUSE / NIL
Assist clients with strategies & plans to address the impact on Title IX compliance based upon NIL, Alston, COA, & the House Settlement: Roster Caps, Unlimited Scholarships, Revenue Sharing, and Student-athlete employment.
Gender Equity Assessment:
1) Effective Accommodation of Student Interest and Abilities. All three tests examined.
2) Athletic Financial Assistance
3) Equal Opportunity and Equivalence Standard: "The Laundry List". All-encompassing Athletics Facility Review.
DEI Assessment:
Meet with key Athletics and University administrators.
RESULTS
A detailed report of the findings from the data review and campus site visit activities is provided to the client within 30 days.
Report will include current status of compliance with all aspects of Title IX to include areas of risk, action plans to diminish risks, and overall assessment of policies and procedures.
An assessment of DEI practices, policies, and initiatives will also be included to meet NCAA attestation requirements.
EDUCATION
Formal presentation of results to key athletics and university administrators.
Educational sessions scheduled with head coaches, athletics staff, university staff, as desired by each client.
Regular follow-up with each client to answer questions and provide additional assistance.
